The Initiative
This high-value one-day Summit is for organizations and individuals who see potential in building a profitable Sustainable Organization that accelerates their competitiveness - now and in the future. The Summit will provide leaders & change agents with proven thinking and processes that match their unique organizations. This summit unites People, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement to drive growth and profits with productivity that can out-perform competitors. It will be a day of interaction with real-world practitioners who will share the thinking that enabled them to implement, grow, and sustain, Sustainable Organizations… along with those things that did not work.
Sustainable Organizations can be of any size with leaders committed to triple-bottom-line excellence that includes these three elements: Economic (Customer value, market & product innovation, and ROI), Social (People-factors that make the difference, collaboration, supply chains, and relationships), and Environment (Resource & environmental effectiveness, renewal, triple bottom line results). All three delivered in practical, straight-forward, terms. Participants will add their real-world perspectives throughout the day.
